Why companies use MOA

Spend less effort
on updates and reports.

People have different questions about the same work. Decisions from conversations, progress recorded by owners and AI summaries help each person find the information they need.

01
Company leaders

What needs my attention first today?

See progress and delays across teams in a briefing. Review issues summarized by AI alongside the related records to decide where to offer support or start a discussion.

Spend less effort requesting and compiling reports from each team.

02
Team leaders

What is the next stage waiting for?

View design and development progress alongside prerequisite tasks. See what needs to finish before the next stage can begin, and who is responsible.

Spend less time chasing updates and more time coordinating blocked work.

03
Team members

What do I need to do, and what counts as done?

Find the reasoning in related conversations and notes, then plan your day with deadlines and completion criteria in view. Your progress updates also appear in the team’s work overview.

Reduce repeated questions about context and explanations of the same progress.

How work gets planned and done

From a work draft
to team progress and results.

AI turns a launch discussion into a work draft with owners, deadlines and completion criteria. Review it, divide the work among teams and, after launch, analyze sales and customer inquiries together.

Put records and data to work together

Find records with AI,
and analyze information from multiple sources.

Find earlier discussions and the context behind decisions, and compare information from plugins that support analysis. AI organizes the relevant information for you, reducing the effort of gathering materials separately and explaining the same things again.

01 / Conversations and company knowledge

Record the decision
and the reasoning behind it.

Use AI to find and work with discussions and documents saved in chat and notes. The company chronicle organizes decisions, reasoning and open questions from work conversations by topic.

The company chronicle must be enabled by an administrator and is available only to administrators.

Considering MOA?

Before you begin.

How do we get started?

Get started with MOA opens the login screen, where you can log in or create an account. If you are already logged in, it opens the screen appropriate to your account status.

Do we need to replace every tool?

You do not have to move every tool at once. Organize the team’s records and workflow, then add the capabilities you need. External services require a plugin and configuration that support that connection.

What do we need to use AI?

First, configure an AI model for your company. AI uses information the current account can access. For plugin analysis, open a tool that supports the feature in the same window. Tools connected to external services may require sign-in. Review the results alongside their original sources before using them.

What if each team or person needs different tools?

Add shared company plugins and personal tools separately. You can also use AI to draft a tool, review it and approve its permissions before installation. Installing a tool does not expand your existing access to records.

Can I use MOA on mobile and desktop?

Access the same workspace on the web, in the Windows desktop app and in the Android app, using the features supported in each environment.

Bring your company’s work
to MOA.

Manage work, conversations, attendance and schedules together, and use AI to find the records you need.
